Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products considered intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book(s) with obvious signs of use
- CD(s), DVD(s), VHS tape(s), software, video game(s), cassette tape(s), or vinyl record(s) that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in due time.


HOW TO REQUEST AND PROCESS THE RETURN/REFUND

When having received an order not meeting your expectations, you can send a return/refund request by contacting us via support@honeyken.com. 

Please explain the reason you would like to return the item(s), let us know your expectations, and accompany full and clear evidence as detailed below:
- Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
- Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (in case the item delivered is incorrect in terms of color/design/size compared to the order confirmation);
- Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of size is inconsistent with measurements stipulated in the size chart);
- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

Within two business days from the date we receive full evidence of your complaint, we will review the case and offer you an appropriate solution. 

If the return is approved, we will provide you with the address to send the returnable item to. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In regards to the shipping fee, please refer to the details below.  

After receiving the item(s), we will confirm via email whether or not your item(s) is eligible for a refund. 
If it is approved, the refund will be processed by our internal team within 7 business days of confirmation. Please note that your payment provider decides when your refund will return to your payment account. 
If approval is not granted, we will discuss thoroughly our reasoning for reaching this result. Based on our confirmation, you may receive a refund, a new replacement, or your received product.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly double check your bank account to make sure your refund was not accidentally overlooked.
You may then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for an identical one, please send us an email at support@honeyken.com.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will be informed about your return.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There are no handling and storage fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for not receiving your returned item.
